Kibbutz Nir Oz

The southwest expansion of Kibbutz Nir Oz includes approximately 300 new housing units over an area of about 250 dunams. The planning concept draws inspiration from the existing kibbutz, whose layout resembles a tree - its branches and canopy spread across the landscape, while its roots extend into the new ground, seeking to foster life organically and harmoniously in the future development area. Following the events of October 7, the project was paused for reconsideration of its location.
