Adding 300+ housing units to Bnei Shimon, the design strengthens shared community identity with a public hub along the riverbed. Homes are arranged in a butterfly pattern, with public buildings concentrated near the flowing river.
The layout flows organically like the river itself, weaving community and nature together.
