Villa E.
The Everyday House
The house was inspired by the poem “At the hour when I stand to cook semolina porridge” — an intimate prayer about daily life, tenderness, and light. Like the poem, the house seeks to illuminate the simple acts of living — cooking, touching, being — and give them meaning.
The design emphasizes natural light that gently reaches every part of the home, so that each space experiences its own quiet moment of clarity. At the same time, the architecture remains simple and functional, grounded in the understanding that beauty resides in normality, in routine, and in the rhythm of everyday life.
