The project was designed as part of an urban renewal initiative in the Gonenim neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The concept was to create a building featuring an “aluminum waterfall,” opening toward a stunning view that flows into the living spaces.
The project was designed by architect Koby Zik, serving as the responsible architect at Kuperstock Architects.
