Yokneam Visitor Center

Located in the heart of Pala Park, in Yokneam’s Sha’ar HaGai neighborhood, the project is the city’s closest building to the forest and serves as a “gateway” connecting the urban fabric to nature.
The building consists of a single curved wall with five pavilions. The city-facing side is solid and clad in wooden slats, while the forest-facing side is glass, allowing the landscape to flow inside. The wall extends beyond the pavilions, forming a wide terrace that also serves the visitor center café.
